Return policy
At Memofur, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you aren't, we offer the option to return your order under the following conditions:
Deadline to request a refund
You have 30 calendar days from receipt of your order to request a return, in accordance with the right of withdrawal recognized by European legislation.
General conditions
For a return to be accepted, the product must meet the following requirements:
- Be unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging
- Include all original accessories or elements
- The product has arrived damaged or defective
- The delivered design does not match the one approved by the client
- A manufacturing error attributable to Memofur has occurred
In these cases, you must send us photos of the product received and the packaging to assess the issue.
Return costs
- If the return is due to withdrawal (you don't like it, you made a mistake, etc.), the customer assumes the shipping costs.
- If the return is due to an error on our part or a product defect, Memofur will cover the costs.
Return process
1. Write to us at memofuroficial@gmail.com indicating your order number and reason for the return.
2. We will respond within 48 hours with shipping instructions.
3. Once we receive the product and verify its condition, we will refund you using the same payment method used.
Refunds
- The refund will be issued within 7 to 15 business days from receipt of the returned product to the payment method selected at the time of purchase.
- Original shipping costs will not be refunded (except for returns due to errors or defects).
Exceptions
Returns are not accepted in the following cases:
- Products without defects
- Products used or damaged by the customer
- Requests outside the legal deadline
